Job summary

Fidelity Services Group (Cape Town) is seeking a vigilant ATM Monitoring Controller to oversee fleet logistics, uptime of ATMs, and secure handling of confidential information. You will coordinate schedules, issue access, and liaise with custodians to maintain service levels.

The role demands a clear criminal record, PSIRA Grade C, and at least 2 years in a control room or supervisory setting, plus strong communication and computer skills. Overtime and regional knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Clear criminal record is required.
• PSIRA Grade C accreditation is mandatory.
• At least 2 years' control room experience or supervising teams.
• Computer literacy is compulsory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Western Cape and surrounding areas is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for fleet departures of FLM teams.
• Plan FLM schedules and track control activities.
• Issue smart lock access where applicable.
• Maintain contact with custodians and clients as needed.
• Ensure uptime requirements are met per client standards.
• Maintain documentation and complete administration duties.
• Provide daily debrief with ATM manager.
• Escalate risk and operational concerns immediately.
• Log technical callouts and perform adhoc duties.
• Provide reports/feedback to client and management.
