The Talent Manager acts as the first point of contact for employees and leaders in select practices within the EY Assurance service line.
The incumbent will possess a deep understanding of the business needs and strategy of the practice/area; understand how to translate these needs into relevant talent initiatives and work to ensure successful implementation of key, high-touch people processes and initiatives, aligned with the business strategies.
As a trusted advisor to our business/service lines with a strong HR background, you will have the ability to support multiple business units. We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, analytical, logical thinkers, and have a very strong attention to detail.
