Associate Project Manager, eCOA

Location : Spain, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Bulgaria, South Africa, home-based

Job Overview

Maintains and validates the project scope, plans, and schedules for moderately complex projects; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g., delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).

Essential Functions

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding all items related to eCOA studies that are live and in maintenance.
  • Lead client update meetings on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
  • Participate and travel to Investigator Meetings when applicable (10% travel).
  • Lead system change efforts when applicable, including design calls and impact reviews. Communicate costs and timelines as appropriate.
  • Communicate effectively and timely with internal and external clients; collaborate with key stakeholders to determine solutions and next steps.
  • Responsible for filing documentation, updating status reports, meeting minutes, developing study materials, and managing change orders as needed.
  • Track trends to identify and review risks as part of ongoing project support.
  • Support quality investigations as the eCOA project SME with support from line managers and/or implementation PMs.
  • Manage budget and scope for additional work where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of eCOA experience.
  • Good understanding of clinical research.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive conversations.
  • Excellent project management skills.
