CORE PURPOSE OF JOB
- Provide academic leadership to staff and students in the Business School, focusing on entrepreneurship, marketing, organisational development, people management, sustainable development (ESG), and strategy.
- Conduct, publish, supervise, and promote research activities.
- Create, develop, and facilitate the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competitiveness among learners in the MBA and other programs, enabling them to become competent managers.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Provide academic leadership within the Business School.
- Facilitate effective learning processes and outcomes.
- Ensure academic and industry engagement.
- Engage in research activities, including conducting, publishing, supervising, and promoting.
- Perform administrative and management duties.
- Contribute to teaching in entrepreneurship, marketing, organisational development, people management, ESG, and strategy.

- Expertise in relevant MBA disciplines.
- Relevant business and consulting experience, especially in a consulting environment.
- Experience in facilitating adult and postgraduate learning.

REQUIREMENTS
Professor
- Doctoral degree with at least two years as an Associate Professor.
- Relevant business and/or consulting experience.
- Extensive experience in adult and postgraduate education facilitation.
- Publications in accredited journals and book chapters.
- Research presentation at conferences.
- Successful supervision and examination of postgraduate students.
Associate Professor
- Doctoral degree with 3-7 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant business and/or consulting experience.
- Experience in facilitating adult and postgraduate learning.
- Publications in accredited journals and book chapters.
- Research presentation at conferences.
- Successful supervision and examination of postgraduate students.
Senior Lecturer
- Doctoral degree with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant business and/or consulting experience.
- Experience in facilitating adult and postgraduate learning.
- Publications in accredited journals and book chapters.
- Research presentation at conferences.
- Successful supervision and examination of postgraduate students.
