Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Associate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing and implementing high-quality standards across the organization.
2. Managing and maintaining the organization's quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
3. Leading quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
4. Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality metrics.
5. Conducting regular quality audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
6. Collaborating with department heads to identify quality improvement opportunities.
7. Mentoring and guiding team members in quality management practices.
8. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management.
9. Preparing and presenting reports on quality performance to senior management.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quality management roles.
3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and process improvement methodologies.
4. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
5. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
7. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
8. Proficiency in quality management tools.
9. Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred.
