Job Title: Associate

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes):

• LLB or LLM Degree.
• Admitted Attorney.
• Minimum of 5 years post-admission experience.
• High Court Right of Appearance.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:

Represent clients in the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration (CCMA), Bargaining Councils, Labour Court, and Labour Appeal Court.

• Advise clients on all aspects of labour and employment law, including unfair dismissal, retrenchment, discrimination, collective bargaining, and workplace compliance.
• Conduct internal investigations, disciplinary hearings, and assist with compliance audits.
• Conduct legal research and produce clear, concise memoranda and opinions.
• Support business development initiatives, including drafting proposals and attending client meetings.
