Main Purpose of Job
The main purpose of the job is to drive the implementation of strategy, revenue generation and business growth for the Technology Strategy and Transformation business. The successful person will focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, as well as sales and practice development.

- Give meaningful input into the development of strategy of the Service Line / Business Area in relation to specific area of expertise
- Implements the strategy within area of business through detailed plan including:
- Client targets to achieve revenue

- Ability to lead client through end-to-end design and delivery of forward looking, holistic, and business-aligned Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Operating Model and technology system selection
- Owns end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level technology and Technology programs, including requirements, supporting strategies and architectures
- Understands the interlinks between the sub-offerings at a technical level to enhance market presence
- Adopts a holistic view when recommending solutions, leveraging leading practices to align technology strategy with business strategy and specific industry issues

- Sets Strategy for ServiceNow Engagements:
- Lead the design of the client’s ServiceNow strategy and operating model and ensures proper alignment between the business strategy and the supporting IT strategy throughout the development
- Stay current on emerging trends and technologies within the ServiceNow space and uses to drive innovative solutions based on client’s desired functionality, improve the user experience and enhance IT service delivery
- Lead the architecture components of the work to design the client’s architecture blueprint, across the various layers (business, integration, data, application, security, infrastructure) leveraging ServiceNow’s product suite
- Lead a team to develop a robust ServiceNow implementation and defines integration points with the broader business.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Relevant Degree, Honours, or Post Graduate Diploma.
- Professional certifications such as COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL, CISSP, Cloud Certifications, Agile, PMBOK + relevant CPD
Desired qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Information Technology or Business (e.g. MBA or similar) preferred but not essential.
Experience:
- 12+ years relevant working experience in a client facing role with at least 7 years in a management role
- Business development / market making experience
- Proven expertise in digital system implementations, process improvements, risk analysis, and operational transformation
- A track record of hypothesis-driven problem-solving and delivering exceptional outcomes in high-pressure environments
- Solid grasp of technical skills and methodology
- Knowledge on emerging technologies, including Cloud, AI, etc.
- Demonstrable understanding of large-scale information technology application systems, infrastructure, business processes and security standards
- Proven experience in responding to proposals / business development opportunities
Technical competencies:
- Translate technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating models and IT service Management into boardroom conversations.
- Prepare project and divisional budgets and advise on resource plans.
- Lead executive-level meetings, discussions and best practices development.
