Join to apply for the Associate Director Supplier Relationships & Consulting Sales role at IQVIA.

Role Purpose: Manages senior relationships with various suppliers to deliver agreed-upon data. Ensures supplier data quality meets standards and expectations, and consults with suppliers to provide and sell insights gained from supplied content.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiating and renegotiating data supplier contracts.
  2. Investigating and sourcing potential new data suppliers.
  3. Implementing feedback services to barter against data fees to reduce costs and increase EBITA.
  4. Managing supplier relations, including regular communication and coordination of requests from data suppliers.
  5. Managing supplier payments.
  6. Overseeing data supply and pharmacy teams.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Support internal commercial, data supply, and pharmacy teams with strategic information and objectives.
  • Develop strategies for expanding existing contracts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations for contract renewals and new agreements, liaising with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide analytical insights to suppliers and clients, including feedback reports and insights to unlock additional revenue streams.
  • Meet with pharma clients to understand new data requirements and collaborate on developing new audits and datasets.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector with successful senior negotiations.
  • Market Access and Commercial Pharmaceutical experience, FMCG experience preferred.
  • Strong customer account management, communication, organizational, analytical, negotiating, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
