You might have experience in a transactions team, a business tax team, or already be experienced in advising portfolio companies.Eitherway,youwillbeexcitedbytheideaofprovidingvaluetoourclientsthroughout their lifecycle, whether that be assisting with all the immediate post-acquisition actions, advising them on their growth phase with bolt-on acquisitions, refinancings, carve-outs and disposals, supporting with international expansion, adhering to reporting and compliance obligations, and getting them ready for their next exit.

• Post-acquisitionsupportand integration
• G roupreorganisationsand simplifications
• Transactions–bolt-onacquisitions(duediligenceandstructuring),carve-outs, disposals
• ManagingandcoordinatinginputfromtaxspecialistsinVAT,employmenttaxes,management incentives and share schemes
• ManagingandcoordinatinginputandadvicefromDeloittememberfirmsforclientswhichhave international operations
• Assisting leadership of private equity portfolio with business growth initiatives and training

You will have some or all of the following characteristics / experiences:

• Experienceofworkinginan adjacent role,preferablyinaprofessionalservices, in house at a companyorHMRC environment
