Responsibilities:

1. Review financial statements meticulously, ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
2. Calculate and file tax returns for businesses, trusts, and individuals. Advise on complex tax laws and strategies for optimal tax efficiency.
3. Prepare financial statements to present an accurate view of the company's financial health, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
4. Review costs, budgets, and performance data to support strategic decision-making.
5. Provide sound advice on mergers, acquisitions, financial restructuring, and other critical business matters.
6. Manage a team of 15 staff, liaising with the practice manager and business partner.
