Mimecast Services Limited is seeking an Associate Commercial Lawyer for a fixed term to join their dynamic legal team. This role involves negotiating contracts across various sectors, providing in-house legal support, and collaborating with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be a qualified lawyer with strong analytical and communication skills, and a minimum of three years' experience in the technology sector.
Associate Commercial Lawyer (Fixed Term) The Mimecast Business Legal team is looking for an Associate Commercial Counsel, for a fixed period, to join our dynamic and fast-paced, global legal team.
This exciting role focuses on customer, vendor and partner deal negotiations but with a mixed workload providing in-house legal support globally.
As a key member of the legal team supporting all Mimecast regions, you'll need strong analytical skills, the ability to assess and mitigate contractual risk, excellent communication skills and the ability to work to a high standard within tight deadlines.
It's an energetic, solution-driven environment and you'll be required to negotiate contracts with customers from many different industry sectors.
You'll work alongside and advise key stakeholders and business partners across the company including sales, marketing, finance, engineering and customer operations.
