As an Associate Bid Specialist, you'll be responsible for researching and identifying potential acquisition targets, sourcing suitable vendors, liaising with partners on proposals, and managing bids related to IT and procurement processes, including RFQs, tenders, and small-scale purchases.

Requirements

  • Manage proposal teams, conduct daily check-ins, and identify issues and risks
  • Support sales teams with proposal processes including review, response preparation, and final submission
  • Review tender documents to understand bid requirements and terms
  • Lead tender meetings, establish strategies, and develop proposal documents
  • Draft cover letters and executive summaries using approved templates
  • Coordinate input from various stakeholders and ensure timely, high-quality submissions
  • Coach sales teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practices
  • Ensure proposals meet specifications, internal approvals, and deadlines
  • Follow company policies on review and approval processes
