Experience and Qualifications:
  • Admitted conveyancer and attorney with 1-3 years’ post-admission experience in a commercial property and conveyancing practice.
  • Experience in commercial property transactions, due diligences, conveyancing matters, bank panel processes, registered security documents, and property finance (highly advantageous).
  • LLB degree with a solid academic transcript.
Job Accountabilities:
  • Drafting commercial property agreements and related ancillary documents.
  • Attending to conveyancing and notarial matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing agreements such as sale and lease agreements, co-ownership agreements, servitudes, and security documentation.
  • Reviewing property legislation and conducting research to provide legal advice.
  • Conducting property due diligences and preparing reports and checklists.
