Experience and Qualifications:
- Admitted conveyancer and attorney with 1-3 years’ post-admission experience in a commercial property and conveyancing practice.
- Experience in commercial property transactions, due diligences, conveyancing matters, bank panel processes, registered security documents, and property finance (highly advantageous).
- LLB degree with a solid academic transcript.
Job Accountabilities:
- Drafting commercial property agreements and related ancillary documents.
- Attending to conveyancing and notarial matters.
- Drafting and reviewing agreements such as sale and lease agreements, co-ownership agreements, servitudes, and security documentation.
- Reviewing property legislation and conducting research to provide legal advice.
- Conducting property due diligences and preparing reports and checklists.
