Your Role at Impact :

As an Associate Android Engineer at Impact.com, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Android application. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including our product manager, designer, and fellow developers, to create high-quality, user-friendly apps that meet our customers’ needs.

What You'll Do :

1. Collaborate with our tech lead, product manager, and designer to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Design, develop, test, and maintain our Android application adhering to best practices and delivering an exceptional user experience.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following coding standards and guidelines.
4. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge within the team.
5. Debug and resolve issues and bugs identified by QA and end-users, providing timely solutions.
6. Stay current with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies, actively incorporating them into projects.
7. Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and Android versions.
8. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.

What You Have :

1. Experience collaborating with tech leads, product managers, and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Proven ability to design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications that follow best practices and deliver excellent user experiences.
3. Strong coding skills with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
4. Experience participating in code reviews and sharing knowledge with a development team.
5. Ability to debug and resolve issues efficiently.
6. Knowledge of current Android development trends, tools, and technologies.
7. Skill in optimizing application performance across various devices and Android versions.
8. Experience working with backend APIs for data integration.
