R 8000 - R 10000 Hourly Basic Salary (6k incentive)

We’re looking for Assistant Store Managers to help drive performance, support day-to-day store operations, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Location: Waterfall, Rustenburg

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and sales targets
• Lead by example on the floor, ensuring exceptional customer experience
• Train, motivate, and guide team members to achieve KPIs
• Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation
• Handle escalated customer queries and operational issues

What You Bring:

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant store manager role (retail background preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
