Job description

- Assist the Waiter in taking food and beverage orders from guests

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

- Ensure all tables are set up properly and have all necessary items

- Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished their meals

- Assist with restocking of supplies and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner

- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work well in a team

- Willingness to work long hours and on weekends and holidays

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

- Must be able to lift and carry trays and other items up to 25 pounds

- Must be able to maintain a professional appearance at all times
