Job description

Interwaste, a leader in waste management solutions across Southern Africa, is seeking a seasoned Assistant Training Co-Ordinator to join our team at the Germiston Head Office.

Role Overview

The Assistant Training Co-ordinator will be primarily responsible for supporting the training co-ordinator in executing impactful learning interventions across our national footprint.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with booking and scheduling of internal and external training
  • Maintain training records (registers, certificates, invoices)
  • Follow up on training payments and vendor documentation
  • Provide support for WSP/ATR submissions to SETA
  • Help coordinate learnerships and internships
  • Support venue setup, refreshments, and learner communications
  • Assist with BEE audit and SETA compliance administration

  • Experience with LMS and SETA reporting is a plus
