Well established professional services company in Durbanville is looking for a secretary / personal assistant who will report directly to a Senior Executive member.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Matric, with a Secretarial Qualification would be advantageous.
3 years experience as a Secretary / Personal Assistant.
Be well organised with strong administrative ability and be able to work effectively to deadlines.
Be computer literate (preferably MS Office).
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Excellent Diary management experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and oversee all aspects of the effective day to day tasks and administrative duties of the executive member's office.
