Hire Resolve is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our client's team as an Assistant to the Finance Manager in the transport industry in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will assist the Finance Manager in all financial tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the finance department.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Manager in preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile accounts and track financial transactions
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Prepare and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Assist in financial audits and compliance tasks
- Support the Finance Manager in other financial tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role in the transport industry preferred
