Store Operations :
  • Assist with the daily operations of Lindt retail Boutique.
  • Uphold exemplary customer service standards by modeling appropriate behavior and establishing guidelines.
  • Monitor daily sales with the goal of maximizing store profitability without compromising customer service.
  • Ensure timely ordering of merchandise and supplies, focusing on inventory management and loss prevention.
  • Perform daily cash reconciliation, manage sales receipts, paperwork, and other administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the Corporate Sales business.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and sales information, focusing on achieving sales targets while controlling expenses.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food/product safety.
  • Open and close the Boutique as per shift plans.
  • Prepare monthly reports as required by Head Office.
Marketing :
  • Identify local marketing opportunities and support corporate marketing initiatives.
  • Implement local marketing activities as directed by the Marketing department.
  • Ensure compliance with price changes and corporate merchandising initiatives.
  • Maintain store merchandising presentation to company standards.
Skills & Knowledge :
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media channels.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in merchandising and presenting premium products, with strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Sales-oriented with the ability to develop and expand business.
  • Passion for chocolate!
  • Friendly, outgoing, proactive attitude.
Minimum Requirements :
  • 2-4 years of retail management experience.
  • Tertiary education preferred.
  • Experience in sales, retail, or business development roles.
