Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • To support the Store Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the store and service excellence by driving sales and building customer loyalty to meet sales, profit, and compliance targets, leading to a competitive advantage for the brand.

Job Objectives

  • To ensure the achievement of the store's financial performance by driving and maximizing sales through promotional activities, cross-selling, up-selling initiatives, and superior customer service.
  • To efficiently execute all operational activities of the store, including expenses, stock management, shrinkage, housekeeping, and administration.
  • To execute in-store visual merchandising, ensuring standards are met and the store's appearance aligns with the brand image.
  • To support the Store Manager in motivating and directing staff to achieve targets and manage performance, especially in the absence of the store manager.
  • To assist in maintaining the work schedule in line with the Group's labour policies to ensure appropriate staffing.
  • To implement customer service initiatives that enhance the customer experience, drive loyalty, and meet club card participation targets.
  • To handle administrative responsibilities efficiently, including weekly time and attendance records and employee documentation.
  • To promote the brand as the customer's first choice health and beauty retailer by embodying and promoting company values.
