About the Role

Sanlam Core Solutions is seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Junior Financial Advisers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in financial services, helping clients secure their financial future through tailored insurance, investment, and risk management solutions. As a Junior Financial Adviser, you will receive industry-leading training, mentorship, and support to develop your expertise in financial planning.

This is a commission-only role, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  2. Provide expert advice on Sanlam's range of financial products, including life insurance, retirement planning, and investment solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and financial reviews.
  4. Meet sales targets and business development objectives.
  5. Stay up to date with financial regulations, market trends, and Sanlam's product offerings.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry and company standards in all financial planning activities.

Requirements

  1. Matric (Grade 12) qualification (a relevant financial or business-related degree is advantageous).
  2. RE5 (Regulatory Examination) certification or willingness to obtain it.
  3. Minimum 12 months Long Term Insurance Sales Experience.
  4. Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  7. Own vehicle and valid driver's license (preferred).
