Qualifications

• Support the Spa Manager in managing daily operations at the Spa Front Desk.
• Ensure smooth administration and coordination of Spa, Salon, Fitness, and Wellness Facilities.

About the role

The exclusive Langaro Spa, looming under Lion’s Head in Camps Bay is looking for an Assistant Spa Manager to join their experienced and dynamic team. The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Spa Manager in managing daily operations at the Spa Front Desk and within the Spa Facilities. They ensure smooth administration and coordination of Spa, Salon, Fitness, and Wellness Facilities, maintaining efficiency and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications :

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Somatology (CIDESCO, SAAHSP, and / or ITEC advantageous).
• Business Management / Administration Diploma advantageous.

Experience :

• Minimum 5 years in the Spa / beauty industry.
• Minimum 1 years’ assistant managerial / Supervisor experience.
• Computer literate - Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Opera and ESP systems knowledge – advantageous.
