Job description

We are looking for a responsible Assistant Manager to help organize and run our Sales teams.

Your job will be highly important in ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Main Job Tasks and Key Responsibilities
  1. Keeping track of the daily activities and performance of the sales team
  2. Motivating, coaching, and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and other KPIs
  3. Ensuring the sales team has the necessary resources to perform their duties
  4. Evaluating individual performance and creating/following up on PRPs
  5. Setting sales targets and KPIs for team members
  6. Taking disciplinary actions when necessary
  7. Monitoring, maintaining, and reporting on KPIs, with corrective actions for underperformers
  8. Compiling weekly performance reports and implementing corrective actions if needed
  9. Scheduling overtime, including during holidays, lunch breaks, and weekends
  10. Promoting company values, vision, and culture within the team
  11. Providing additional training and coaching to ensure proper performance
  12. Acting as a role model with high standards of service and attention to detail
  13. Assisting the manager with daily responsibilities and providing stable leadership
  14. Recruiting and interviewing new hires
  15. Responding to and resolving customer complaints and comments
Requirements
