We are looking for a responsible Assistant Manager to help organize and run our Sales teams.
Your job will be highly important in ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Main Job Tasks and Key Responsibilities
- Keeping track of the daily activities and performance of the sales team
- Motivating, coaching, and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and other KPIs
- Ensuring the sales team has the necessary resources to perform their duties
- Evaluating individual performance and creating/following up on PRPs
- Setting sales targets and KPIs for team members
- Taking disciplinary actions when necessary
- Monitoring, maintaining, and reporting on KPIs, with corrective actions for underperformers
- Compiling weekly performance reports and implementing corrective actions if needed
- Scheduling overtime, including during holidays, lunch breaks, and weekends
- Promoting company values, vision, and culture within the team
- Providing additional training and coaching to ensure proper performance
- Acting as a role model with high standards of service and attention to detail
- Assisting the manager with daily responsibilities and providing stable leadership
- Recruiting and interviewing new hires
- Responding to and resolving customer complaints and comments

- Experience in Insurance, Brokerage, Sales, or Underwriting
- Minimum of 12 months’ work experience in sales
