Job description

We are looking for a responsible Assistant Manager to help organize and run our Sales teams. Your job will be highly important in ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Main Job Tasks And Key Responsibilities
  • Keeping track of the daily activities and performance of the sales team
  • Motivating, coaching, and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and other KPIs
  • Ensuring the sales team has the necessary resources to perform their duties
  • Evaluating individual performance and creating/following up on PRP for team members
  • Setting sales targets and KPIs for team members
  • Taking disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Monitoring, maintaining, and reporting on KPIs, and taking corrective actions for those not on track
  • Compiling weekly performance reports and implementing corrective measures if needed
  • Scheduling overtime including public holidays, lunch breaks, and Saturdays
  • Understanding and promoting company values, vision, and culture within the team
  • Leading employees and providing training and coaching to enhance performance
  • Acting as a role model by demonstrating high service standards and attention to detail
  • Assisting the manager with daily responsibilities and providing stable leadership
  • Recruiting and interviewing potential new hires
  • Responding to and resolving customer complaints and comments as needed
