Assistant Retail Store Manager

A national retailer is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to assist the Store Manager in running and managing the daily operations within the store based in Grahamstown.

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK RETAIL HOURS

Requirements:

1. Matric
2. Valid Driver's License is required
3. Min 3yrs assistant management experience in a retail environment is essential
4. MS Office literate

1. Opening and closing the store
2. Training and managing staff (30)
3. Pricing of stock
4. Ensure shelves are always stocked
5. Manage the merchandising of the shelves and fridges
6. Oversee and manage stock takes
7. Ensure customer service is always achieved
8. Store administration
9. Monthly reporting to Management
