Key Responsibilities :

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations

Supervise and coordinate floor service during meal periods and private functions

Participate in staff training, scheduling, and performance management

Monitor adherence to brand standards, cleanliness, and service protocols

Address guest feedback promptly and professionally

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Support stock control processes, including ordering, receiving, and inventory accuracy

Liaise with kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure seamless service
