Job Description:

Due to an increase in workload within their Rail and London Underground sectors, our client, a family-owned and highly respected Contractor, is seeking to bolster its Commercial Team by adding three Assistant/Quantity Surveyors based in South East London.

Their work typically includes Signalling Upgrades, Track Replacements, Depot Upgrades, Station Modifications, and HS2 works.

Daily responsibilities will include Cost Reporting, Issuing Payments, Timesheet administration, Assisting with Budgets and CVRs, and attending regular progress meetings with Senior Management.

Candidates should possess a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying or be currently enrolled in a day-release program while employed. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience within the Rail, LU, or Construction sectors is required.
