A leading company in the financial services sector is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives for their Broker Solutions business. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies and collaborating across teams to enhance growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in marketing, particularly within the insurance industry, and excel in both English and Afrikaans.
The Santam Shared Services Marketing team has a position available for an Assistant Marketing Manager who will be based at their Head Office in Tygervalley, Bellville.
The person will be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of all marketing activities for the Santam Broker Solutions business that drive awareness and profitable growth, both regionally and in priority segments. The successful candidate should have 5+ year’s marketing, business development, digital and agency experience, and a thorough understanding of the financial services industry.
