Assistant Manager | Riyadh | Nikkei Style Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ASSISTANT MANAGER to join the team at an upscale Nikkei-style restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience
• Lead and inspire a diverse team of chefs, servers, and other staff members
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service, quality, and cleanliness are maintained
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and liaising with suppliers
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue targets, and cost control
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and General Manager to create an exceptional dining experience
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant
• Strong knowledge and passion for Nikkei cuisine or similar international cuisines
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Familiarity with Riyadh’s hospitality industry is a bonus
