R 8000 - R 10000 Monthly Basic Salary (10k incentive)

The ideal candidates are passionate about retail, excel in customer service, and are motivated by sales performance. You will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager, driving team productivity, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.


Location: Brooklyn and Woodlands in Pretoria
Working Hours: Retail / Mall Hours
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
  • Drive sales targets and monitor performance metrics
  • Lead by example with exceptional customer service and in-store presentation
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates
  • Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and promotional displays
  • Handle administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • High energy, hands-on, and customer-focused approach
