OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

  1. Ensure store sales objectives are met
  2. Maximise income streams for the store (Add-ons, GP, etc.)
  3. Monitor and improve store performance
  4. Ensure effective implementation of merchandising standards
  5. Implement marketing initiatives effectively
  6. Attract and retain a customer base

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  1. Oversee inventory functions
  2. Maintain optimal stock levels
  3. Ensure accurate inventory records

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  1. Exceed customer expectations
  2. Review mystery shopper reports regularly
  3. Address product and retail complaints promptly
  4. Foster a service-oriented staff culture to ensure customer satisfaction

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

  1. Facilitate employee training and development for the right competencies
  2. Plan for succession
  3. Implement consistent and effective performance management
  4. Manage and improve employee relations and satisfaction

ADMINISTRATION
