As an Assistant Legal Counsel, you'll be responsible for analyzing legislative and regulatory issues that arise in the course of your work.

You will also assist with reviewing contracts between us and our clients, as well as performing legal research on various topics.

You must have a strong interest in law, specifically with contracts.

You should also be fluent in English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with colleagues across different departments within the company.

Requirements
  1. Assist the company's legal department with legislative analysis, strategy planning, regulatory coordination, contract and litigation reviews, and preparation of legal documents (including memoranda).
  2. Work with teams and other departments to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, statutes, and case law.
  3. Review and evaluate proposed and existing laws, regulations, contracts, and legal opinions, considering their history, drafting, and the effects of various interpretations.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
