Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ housekeeping experience with 3 years in supervision.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations and leadership.
• Manage staff scheduling, delegation and performance.
• Ensure room/public area cleanliness aligns with luxury standards.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance across areas.
• Collaborate with maintenance, finance, HR and security on risk and budgets.
