Job description

  • Assist the Front Desk Manager in managing the front desk operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising front desk staff onboard the cruise ship
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Manage and monitor the booking system to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports and records
  • Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to clients

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or hospitality management courses preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or front desk role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
