Job description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely month-end reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Manage financial and commercial bridges for performance tracking.
• Process petty cash, staff expense claims, and manual payment requests.
• Reconcile inter-company balances and assist in monthly reconciliations (IC3 forms).
• Handle accounts payable (SAP), clear vendor accounts, and investigate AP issues.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support payroll journal entries.
• Monitor accounts receivable invoice receipts.
• Uphold financial procedures and SOX/internal control standards.
• Ensure compliance with IOS and finance-related legal requirements.
• Represent and promote the vision of Yanfeng Automotive Interiors.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of local and US GAAP.
• Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized with strong prioritization skills.
• Effective communicator, able to explain financial processes clearly
