Our client, a multinational powerhouse with operations in over 23 countries and more than 400 branches worldwide, is seeking a high-potential Assistant Finance Manager to join their dynamic finance team based in Gauteng.

ð¼ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across business units
• Build and maintain financial models to support business strategy and decision-making
• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure adherence to internal controls
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments to provide actionable financial insights
• Support the Finance Manager in monthly reporting, variance analysis, and board presentations

â Requirements:

• BCom Honours in Accounting or Finance (CIMA or progressing toward CA(SA) advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance or management accounting role
• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Demonstrated experience in leading or supervising finance teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
