As an Assistant Designer, you will:

Ensure the product and brand vision are aligned with marketplace opportunities.
Identify external product marketplace trends across all relevant product elements.
Curate the seasonal interpretation of our brand vision through the lens of our product elements.
Ensure that each style executes the creative vision across all relevant product elements.

The Assistant Designer has:

A commitment to learn and apply Kingsley Heath's business and people leadership principles.
Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.
Proven skills, education in design, and a desire to continuously learn and develop.
Technical skills and construction expertise in fashion design.
A commitment to quality, results, and adding value to drive the business.
A sense of urgency in executing responsibilities, prioritizing urgent and important work.
An ability to identify, evaluate, and suggest business opportunities considering top-line and bottom-line impacts.
An understanding and passion for the industry, with the ability to bring learnings in-house to enhance the business.
An understanding of Kingsley Heath's brand, aesthetic, and style fundamentals, with engagement in trends and cultural influences.
A desire to conceptualize, develop, and execute new ideas, designs, and products to elevate the brand.
