The Transport Education Training Authority is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage project administration, stakeholder engagement, and training development initiatives. This role involves significant communication with various stakeholders, the coordination of workshops, and the oversight of project documentation and reporting. The successful candidate will have solid experience in project management and a dedication to facilitating educational growth.
1.5 Increase Stakeholder participation.
2. Provincial / National Support to Stakeholders in the Sub Sector
2.2. Conduct visits on the implementation of projects and MOUs.
3. Coordination of Payment in the Chamber
3.3. Liaise with Finance regarding DG payments.
4. Coordinate Administration of Projects in the Chamber
4.4. Assist the ETDP with compiling award letters and contracting.
5. Administration of SDF / Industries Forum
5.5. Conduct presentations at industry workshop and forums.
6. Implementation of MG
6.5. Compile Site visit reports.
7. Implementation of DG
7.6. Verify learner agreements on the TETA system and ensure compliance.
8.6. Recording and circulating minutes of the meeting.
9. Chamber Administration
9.1. Office Management.
10. Reporting
10.2. Reporting on prescribed templates and by due dates.
11. Training and Development
11.3. Implementation of personal development plans.
