Job summary

Gauteng Provincial Government is seeking an Assistant Director for the Dinokeng Game Reserve, Johannesburg. The role demands Matric plus a B.Tech degree with relevant knowledge and at least 3 years of management experience.

Qualifications

Matric plus B.Tech degree with experience in relevant professional knowledge.
At least 3 years of management experience.
Valid driver's licence.
Experience in advocacy, stakeholder management, drafting agreements, infrastructure procurement, and natural resource management.

Responsibilities

Assist Dinokeng Game Reserve in achieving its objectives and ensure sub-programme contributes to the Dinokeng vision of a quality tourism destination.
Raise sufficient funding for capital projects, programmes, and community projects, with proper use and reporting of funds.
Manage DGR infrastructure development, procurement, planning, scheduling, quality control and stakeholder engagements; oversee human, financial and admin resources.
