Requirements:

  1. Grade 12 / National Certificate at NQF Level 4.
  2. Degree / BTech / Advanced Diploma at NQF Level 7 in Accounting / Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Transport Management.
  3. 3 – 5 years' experience at administrative supervisory level within Finance operations / accounting / Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Transport environment.
  4. No criminal record or pending cases against you.
  5. A valid Driver's License.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Advanced knowledge of BAS, PERSAL, and SAP.
  • Understanding of PFMA and Treasury regulations.
  • Accounting and mathematical skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation skills.

Key Duties:

  • Manage departmental vehicle inspections, reports, and asset register updates.
  • Coordinate and update fleet and stock records, reconcile invoices, and manage related financial reports.
  • Process S&T claims and manage transport services per policies.
  • Manage stock counts, inventory reconciliations, and prepare related reports.
  • Handle cellphone and device management, including insurance, claims, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and review financial reports for PFMA Section 40 compliance.
  • Manage staff performance, training, and leave in accordance with policies.
