JOB PURPOSE

You will lead innovations that will make our business win and grow. The Digital, PR & Influencer JBM will drive a socially-led digital, PR & influencer strategy that delivers brand salience & credibility for the HC total category.

KEY DELIVERABLES

  1. Delivering maximum ROMI on digital media & PR and social channels
  2. Driving breakthrough digital innovation for category and deliver BIC ROI
  3. Ensuring functional digital marketing excellence, managing partnerships
  4. Collaboration with media agencies and internal stakeholders
  5. Assisting in overall management of the digital media chain
  6. Content marketing, influencer marketing coordination
  7. Direct responsibility for tracking, reporting, optimizing and managing agencies' digital outputs
  8. Direct engagement with digital media owners for new ideas & collaborations

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Align the digital strategy for Home Care brands
  2. Invest media related initiatives based on past learnings
  3. Be in close contact with global team for influencer approach
  4. Drive PR and digital excellence on brand campaigns
  5. Measure digital & PR performance against goals
  6. Optimize spend and performance based on insights
  7. Support DMC test and learn agenda
  8. Evaluate new digital technologies for adoption
  9. Drive social first agenda in Home Care
  10. Develop the Cleanipedia brand to enhance brand awareness

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Minimum: 3+ years' experience in digital media, marketing or PR

Preferred: Background with digital marketing or public relations experience preferred
