Responsibilities

1. Strategic and Financial Leadership: Deliver optimal profit aligned with market conditions, ensure a healthy financial balance sheet, and maximize return on investment for shareholders.
2. Market and Product Management: Anticipate market trends, ensure product quality and availability, and oversee marketing strategies to optimize pricing and market intelligence gathering.
3. Operational Excellence: Ensure production of quality products using relevant technology, innovation, and cost management. Lead modernization and automation initiatives.
4. Relationship Management: Develop relationships with shareholders, suppliers, and local communities, supporting business expansion and corporate social responsibility.
5. Innovation and Development: Drive product innovation and technological advancements to maintain competitiveness and market relevance.
6. Customer Relations: Oversee the transition and maintenance of customer relationships locally and internationally.
