We are recruiting for an Assistant Catering Manager for maternity cover.
The Assistant Catering Manager will be responsible for guiding kitchen staff to perform efficiently, establishing standard menu options and recipes, ordering food and supplies necessary for these dishes, and overseeing kitchen and line staff. They will ensure high quality of food preparation, presentation, and service, meeting all Feedem standards by achieving all quality and star grading standards across all areas of responsibility.
