A leading company in food services is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee operations, manage costs, and ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification and a proven track record in high-volume foodservice operations, along with strong management and customer service skills.
The Main Purpose of the job
The successful incumbent will be responsible to assist with all food service-related activities which include managing daily operations of the kitchen area, implementation of the production process, managing food/labour costs, and an overall understanding of HACCP.
