- Assist the Head Butler in providing exceptional service to all guests on board

- Set up and serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest cabins, including making beds, restocking amenities, and tidying up

- Fulfill any special requests or needs from guests, such as arranging for special events or providing extra amenities

- Work closely with other crew members to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services

- Provide excellent communication and customer service to all guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally

- Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and create unforgettable experiences

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality or cruise ship setting

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
