We're now looking for an Assistant Brand Manager for our Coffee brand.
The role will develop, manage and sustain a profitable brand by understanding, anticipating, creating and meeting consumer needs.
A day in the life of the Assistant Brand Manager :
- Know your consumer deeply - understand the consumer behaviour by conducting qualitative and quantitative studies in liaison with the local research team and research partners.
- Inspire with Brand Vision and Essence - deeply understand, actively and consistently ensure the Brand Essence governs everything the brand says and does.
- Delight with Product & Packaging Experience - deliver the tastiest and healthiest products as perceived by target consumers and in comparison with competition. Contribute to the development of relevant and preferred packaging & product solutions to improve the consumer experience. Understand the basics of nutrition and leverage it to enhance your brand's competitive advantage.
- Win with Shoppers - understand the relevant shopping environment & behaviors and how to leverage them to delight shoppers and improve performance. Have a basic understanding of the relative price of products within the brand and versus other brands/products.
- Innovate Bigger Bolder Better - seek out ideas and leverage internal & external resources to develop an innovation pipeline. Ensure consumer centricity, apply innovation levers, and maintain vibrancy via relevant innovation & renovation to meet commercial objectives.
- Plan and Execute Flawlessly - develop and execute a strong brand plan in collaboration with CCSD. Understand how brand health is tracked and monitor performance. Manage PFME and understand the business impact of marketing spend.
- Create Engaging Brand Experiences - develop and manage the creation of ownable brand propositions and big ideas. Work with communication agencies to develop engaging business-building communication. Ensure all communication enhances the company's image as a trusted NHW leader. Embrace e-business and digital channels to drive brand and business performance.
- Financial & Business Acumen - manage PFME budget and understand P&L implications.
What will make you successful
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication or Digital. 1 - 2 years' experience in FMCG. Proven ability to work independently. Experience working in cross-functional teams. Contributed to the development and implementation of business strategies to increase brand competitiveness.
