Job description

The Assistant Brand Manager will support the planning and execution of brand and promotional strategies across retail channels to drive in-store and online sales. The successful candidate will collaborate with merchandising, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, effective product positioning, and engaging shopper experiences. Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and sales data to optimize campaign performance and support growth in a competitive retail environment will be a key part of the role.

Requirements :

  • Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with and support daily activities of the marketing team
  • Oversee procurement and packaging of marketing materials, promotional items, and campaigns (online and print)
  • Brief internal team members and external partners on courier jobs, media influencers, and other requests
  • Manage projects and brief agency teams, supporting brand and marketing managers on campaigns
  • Review artwork and collateral under the supervision of the Brand Manager
  • Track and report marketing activities, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, results, and learnings
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective rollout of initiatives
  • Manage project budgets and track costs
  • Handle monthly billing processes with agencies and internal teams
  • Assist in developing and executing annual brand plans
  • Support social media, website, campaign, and content management
  • Monitor sales and market share, providing insights and recommendations
  • Conduct trade visits and provide feedback for in-store visibility
  • Coordinate team, brand, and company events
