Hire Resolve is currently seeking an Assistant Bookkeeper Temp to join our client's team for a temporary assignment. As a leading recruitment and staffing firm, we are dedicated to connecting talented professionals with the right career opportunities. As an Assistant Bookkeeper Temp, you will provide support to the Bookkeeping team in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in bookkeeping while working alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing financial transactions and recording them accurately
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documents
  • Support accounts payable and receivable tasks
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and other basic accounting tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to the Bookkeeping team
Requirements:
  • Some experience in bookkeeping or a related field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
