Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking a CA(SA) with 2 years post articles experience to support the firm’s Quality Management System and ISQM monitoring activities in the Western Cape. You will review audit files, assist with engagement file assembly and retention, and coordinate the IRBA fee declaration process.

The role requires strong IFRS knowledge (IFRS/IFRS for SME) and fluency with CaseWare, Excel, Pastel, Word and Outlook. GreatSoft experience would be advantageous.

• Post-articles experience is required.
• CA(SA) is mandatory.

• Assist with technical queries from partners and managers
• Identify training needs and facilitate technical training
• Support audit methodology and software enhancements
• Assist with internal, network, and regulatory reviews
• Prepare quality reports for the network and IRBA

Skills and Experience:

• 2 years of post articles experience
• Working knowledge of ISQM 1 & 2 and the IRBA Code
• Expert knowledge of IFRS and IFRS for SME
• A passion for all things technical
• Working knowledge of CaseWare, Excel, Word, Pastel, and Microsoft Outlook
• Experience using GreatSoft would be an advantage

Qualification:

• CA(SA) non-negotiable
